Returns & Exchange Policy
At Gulf Fluid Motion, pump quality and reliability are priority. For all of your product support requests including Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Service and Repair, please contact us.
Returning material is easy. A customer service representative will take your information and provide an RMA number and shipping instructions. Please note, returned material will not be accepted without an active Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. For safety of logistics personnel and our quality team, pumps must be clean and free of any media.
Returned material must be properly packaged for shipping to protect against damage. RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.

Standard Products
Products and accessories that have not been opened in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. To return the item to us, use your assigned RMA number and ship prepaid using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Opened returns must be in new, unused condition with original materials and packaging.

Built-to-Order Items
There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially built for you and shipped by the manufacturer. These items are not routinely stocked at our warehouse and therefore cannot be returned.
